Who said you can't eat potatoes on a raw food diet? Well, most raw foodists do! However, there are substitutes that can come close to the taste and texture of the amazing mashed potato that are worth a try.

However, elderly people who suffer from this disease, which is the greatest killer now, have more than enough insulin in their blood, according to two Canadian doctors, who are running a clinic for treatment of obesity, which is threatening even children. They have come up with a new theory, explained in their book PROTEIN POWER. It is like a water tank, getting filled with water, drop by drop. If the outlet pipe is clogged, water will come out with difficulty. By increasing the height of water level, we may succeed in getting more water.



Skimmed milk: Skimmed milk is produced by removing the cream from the milk. It can be consumed by people who are suffering from heart diseases and obesity. Skimmed milk is fat free and can be consumed by people of all ages.

Combine the first three ingredients and set aside. Mix together the wet ingredients and pour over the dry ingredients, and stir to combine. Once mixture comes together, knead for 10 minutes, and then set aside to rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down dough and divide into 6 portions. Roll or pat out thinly into a large circle, then pull on one end to stretch to the traditional teardrop shape. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes on a pizza stone in a 475 degree oven, or on baking sheets. If making over a grill, set over high heat, close lid and check after 1 minute. If well browned, flip for 1 minute or more until done on both sides.

Sore Throat- Hot water Gargling with a pinch of turmeric, salt and 2 drops of ghee (clarified butter) soothes sore throat and can bring about rapid healing. You can repeat this 3- 4 times in a day.

Jalebi: Jalebi is a popular festival sweet in which the check here main ingredient is flour (maida). It is a coil shaped sweet which is dipped in sugar syrup. We can find the reference of Jalebi in the old 13th century cookbooks. But originally the sweet comes from Iran where it was known as Zlebia. Through trade and culture diffusion, in India it become popular by the name of Jalebi as Z is replaced by J in most Indian languages. In Iran during the Ramadan, Zlebia was distributed among the poors. Jalebi is served both warm and cold and in some parts of India it is served along with a glass of milk.

Cover and cook koubba for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. When they begin to float to the top of pan, they are ready. Remove them and set them on a warmed dish. When all the dumplings are ready, transfer them to a serving dish and pour sauce over them. Serve with basmati rice.
